Artificial Nano Muscles

A team at the UT Dallas NanoTech Institute have developed artificial muscles powered by alcohol and hydrogen fuel cells that are a hundred times stronger than natural muscles.
Potential applications for the artificial muscles include artificial limbs, exoskeletons, autonomous robots and morphing structures for terrain-specific vehicles.
